I’ve used blogging and social media to build a fanbase for my Newspaper Blackout Poems. As a result, HarperCollins published a collection of them, Newspaper Blackout, in April 2010. I speak about being an artist online and working the web for art and commerce.

In a previous life, I designed and built standards-based websites both freelance and full-time for The University of Texas School of Law. I’m handy with XHTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, and Adobe Creative Suite on Macs and PCs. I specialize in themes for the WordPress and Tumblr blogging platforms. My emphasis is always on the clear presentation of content.
